# Activate your subscription

> How to activate and manage your Wingbase subscription.

Your 14-day free trial starts once your school account is ready.

You can see how many days are left in your trial in the Wingbase app and the School Portal.

## Open Billing

Open **Billing** in the School Portal to see your current plan and trial end date.

While your trial is active, you can also use **Manage billing** in the Wingbase app to open the same page.

## Activate your subscription

When you’re ready to continue with Wingbase, select **Activate subscription**.

Choose the number of aircraft on your account, then choose monthly or annual billing.

The price will update before you continue, so you can check everything before paying.

## Pay securely

Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

You can pay by card, or use Apple Pay when it’s available on your device.

Once payment is complete, your Wingbase subscription is activated automatically.

## Manage your subscription

You can come back to **Billing** in the School Portal whenever you need to make a change.

From there you can change the number of aircraft, see your next payment, update your billing information and view or download your invoices.

You can also open Stripe if you need to update your payment method.

## Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page.

Wingbase will show the date your subscription will end, and you can keep using Wingbase until then.

If you change your mind before that date, select **Keep subscription**.

## Before your trial ends

You can activate your subscription at any point during the trial.

To keep using Wingbase after the trial, activate your subscription before the end date shown in Wingbase.
