# Student Portal

> A browser-based place for students to follow their training, view activities and access school documents.

The Student Portal gives students their own place in Wingbase.

It brings together their training progress, activities and documents in a simple view, separate from the tools your team uses to run the school.

## Who is it for?

The Student Portal is for students your school has given access to.

Each student sees their own training and activities, along with the information and documents your school shares with them.

## Progress

Students can follow their progress through the courses they’re taking.

They can see what they’ve covered so far, the experience they’ve gained, their exams and any required documents that form part of their course.

As instructors complete training in Wingbase, the student’s progress is kept up to date.

This gives students a clear picture of where they are and what’s still left to complete.

## Activities

Students can see their upcoming and previous activities with the school.

This keeps their lessons and other bookings together, with the information they need before and after each activity.

## Documents

Students can access the school documents you choose to share with them.

These might include welcome information, training material, aircraft information, safety information and other useful documents.

Students can also see their own documents where they’re relevant to their training.

## Profile

Students can see their own profile and the personal information your school holds for them.

Everything stays connected to the same Wingbase account your team uses, while students only see the information that’s relevant to them.
