# Going live

> Review your account, prepare your team and get ready to start using Wingbase.

Once your account is ready, we’ll work with you to make sure everything is in place before your school starts using Wingbase.

## Review your account

You’ll have time to review what we’ve prepared and brought across before you go live.

We’ll focus on the parts of Wingbase your school has chosen to set up, making sure the important information is where you expect it to be.

If anything looks wrong or something is missing, let us know and we’ll work through it with you.

## Bring student progress up to date

Students may continue training while your Wingbase account is being prepared.

Before going live, we’ll use the agreed cut-off point to make sure their latest previous training and exam progress is reflected in Wingbase.

If only a small number of students have changed, this can also be updated directly in Wingbase.

## Check your schedule

If you’re bringing upcoming bookings across, we’ll make a final check for anything that has changed since the booking information was provided.

This helps make sure your Wingbase schedule is up to date when your team starts using it.

## Get your team ready

We’ll make sure the right people have access to Wingbase and help your team get familiar with the parts they’ll use day to day.

This can include a short onboarding session covering things like:

* Managing the schedule and bookings
* Working with students
* Recording training
* Managing aircraft and availability
* Finding documents and other school information

## Start using Wingbase

We’ll agree when your school is ready to start using Wingbase as its main system.

From that point, your team can begin using Wingbase for day-to-day operations and new training progress can be recorded there.

We’ll stay available after you go live if anything needs adjusting or your team has questions as they get started.
