The School Portal gives your team a simple way to work with the schedule and bookings from a browser. It works alongside the Wingbase app rather than replacing it, and is useful when your team is working from a desktop or laptop.

Who is it for?

The School Portal is for the people at your school who work with the schedule and bookings, such as operations staff, administrators, instructors and school owners. It uses the same school information as the Wingbase app, so your team can move between the two without maintaining a separate schedule.

Schedule

See your instructors, aircraft, simulators and rooms together in one view. The schedule makes it easy to see what’s booked, what’s available and how the day is shaping up across the school. Your team can move between dates and choose which parts of the schedule they want to see.

Bookings

Create and manage bookings directly from the schedule. Wingbase supports the activities your school uses day to day, including flight and ground lessons, simulator lessons, aircraft checkouts, aircraft and simulator hire, trial lessons and maintenance. Each activity brings together what it needs. A flight lesson can include a student, instructor and aircraft, while a ground lesson can include a student, instructor and room.

Works alongside the app

The School Portal isn’t a browser version of the whole Wingbase app. It gives your team another way to work with the schedule and bookings when a larger screen is more convenient, while the Wingbase app remains the main place for running the wider school and training operation.
